JOHN P.RATCLIFF, Adm'r. of ALEXANDER McKAY
                  vs.
             JOHN A. TEAL 

Original Bill

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, JOHN A. TEAL, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the 
North Carolina Argus, notifying said non-resident, JOHN A. TEAL, to be and 
appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for Anson county at the Court 
House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in March, 1860. Then and there to 
plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be 
taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte. Witness WILLIAM E. 
TROY, Clerk of said Court at Office in Wadesboro on the second Monday in 
September A.D., 1859.
