   vs.
CALVIN M. FAULKNER

Justice's Execution Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, CALVIN M. FAULKNER resides beyond the limits of this State, it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published in Wadesboro, notifying said 
defendant, CALVIN M. FAULKNER, non resident that a Justice's Execution against 
him in the above stated case was returned in the present Term of this Court 
with the following levy endorsed therein, to wit:
Nov. 27, 1858: I, this day, for want of goods and chattels, levied this 
execution on one House and Lot in the town of Wadesboro, adjoining A. LITTLE 
and DR. HOWZE and also one other House and Lot adjoining E. BENNETT and 
others, as the property of C. M. FAULKER.
