ANSON COUNTY 1812 Estate Division - Heirs of JOSEPH ROSSER
 
NORTH CAROLINA         
ANSON COUNTY
 
      IN PURSUANCE to an order of the worshipful Court of Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions for the County aforesaid we the commissioners appointed to lay off 
and divide the lands of JOSEPH ROSSER, dec'd among the heirs of said Dec'd 
have directed and allotted in the following manner (to wit) we have laid off 
to ELIZABETH ROSSER (sic) one hundred and fifty acres of land which we have 
valued at eight shillings per acre and to SARAH WHITE one hundred one hundred 
and nine acres which we have valued at eight shillings per acre and to RUTH 
ROSSER (sic) ninety five acres and one-half which we valued at ten shillings 
peer acre and to BENJAMIN ROSSER two hundred acres valued at five shillings 
per acre and to Horatio Rosser ninety five acres and one half valued at ten 
shillings per acre which we have caused to be survey and marked out as per 
plat with Numbers courses distances etc. all which are submitted 
 
Note we are of opinion that
