ELIJAH M. SIBLEY
      vs.
THOMAS HART

Original Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, THOMAS HART, 
is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying said defendant to be and appear at our next Court of Equity to be 
held for the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro on the second 
Monday in March. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition 
filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex 
parte as to him. Witness, WILLIAM E. TROY, Clerk of said Court at office on 
the second Monday in September, A. D., 1841.
