January Term 1860

OBID H. SINCLAIR, Executor of JAMES SINCLAIR, deceased
                      vs.
JESSE JARMON and wife, MARY; THOMAS BALLARD and wife, MARTHA; JESSE BUCHANAN 
and wife, DOROTHY; MICKLEBERRY McBRIDE; and wife, FLORINDA; MAHALA SINCLAIR; 
ELIZABETH SINCLAIR; LEWELLEN SINCLAIR and DOUGLAS SINCLAIR

Petition for Account and Settlement

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JESSE 
BUCHANAN and wife, DOROTHY, MICKLEBERRY McBRIDE and wife, FLORINDA, do not 
reside in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, notifying said 
defendant, non-residents to be and appear at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Anson at the Court hHouse in Wedesboro 
on the second Monday in April next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur 
to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the 
matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of the 
said Court at Office on the second Monday in January A. D. 1860.
