STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS       ANSON COUNTY
July Term, 1859

JAMES T. STREATER
       vs.
TILLMAN A. VESTAL

Attachment levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that TILLMAN A 
VESTAL, has removed from this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published at Wadesboro, notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our 
next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson at 
the Court House in Wadesboro on the seconnd Monday in October next. Then and 
there to show cause, if any he has, why the property levied upon shall not be 
sold to satify the plaintiff's costs. Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of 
the said Court at Office on the 2nd Monday in July A. D., 1859.
