    vs.
CALVIN M. FALKNER

Attachment Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that CALVIN M. 
FALKNER is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, 
published at Fayetteville, notifying CALVIN M. FALKNER, to be and appear at 
our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Anson 
at the Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday of January next (1860). 
Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to him. 
Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of said Court at office on the second 
Monday of October, A.D., 1859.
