NEHEMIAH TINDALL
    vs.                             ORGINIAL ATTACHMENT
HENRY ADCOCK

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant,
HENRY ADCOCK, resides beyond the limits of the State, it is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North 
Carolina "Argus", notifying said defendant to be and appear at our next Court 
of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held at the Court House at Wadesborough, 
on the second Monday of April A.D. 1850, then and there to plead, answer or 
demur: Otherwise  judgment will be entered against him.
Witness: N. D. BOGGAN, Clerk of our said Court in Wadesborough, this second 
Monday of January, A. D., 1850, and in the 74th year of our American 
Independence.
