Aug. 27, 1807, Raleigh Minerva Written: July 19, 1807 Recorded: August 27, 1807 EXECUTOR’S NOTICE All persons having demands against ROBERT TROY, ESQ., Solicitor General in and for the Fifth District of the State of North Carolina, late of Wadesboro, are earnestly requested to render statements thereof legally attested within the period prescribed by law, to the subscriber; who having the speedy settlement of every demand much at heart, will be truly thankful to those who will please immediately to favor him with their several statements as he will to those indebted to make immediate payment. The Montcalm residence, adjoining Wadesboro, together with the Patosi Plantation, on the banks of the Pee Dee, at the mouth of Brown Creek, about 10 miles from the said Borough, remain to MRS. ROSE ANN H. TROY, and her three children; but all the other Tracts of Land, containing between four and five thousand acres, the will authorizes the Executor to sell. Description whereof, with the time and terms of sale, will be published in the Minerva, the Raleigh Register and the Fayetteville Intelligencer. A new wagon and Gears, some Harness, Cattle, Etc., not wanting for the use of the plantation, will be sold on a credit of six months, at public sale at Wadesboro’, on the third day of the ensuing October Anson County Court.
