            vs.
BRACKETT WATKINS et al

Petition to Sell Real Estate for Payment of Debts

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that BRACKETT 
WATKINS, WILEY WATKINS, MUMFORD LEE and wife, EMILY, and JOSEPH ARRINGTON, do 
not live in this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication 
be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published in 
Wadesboro, notifying said non-residents to be held for the County of Anson at 
the Court House in Wadesboro. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this 
petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter 
will be heard ex parte as to them. Witness, PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of the 
said Court at Office in Wadesboro, on Nov. 9, A. D., 1860.
