HARRIET A. WADDILL
       vs.
ADDISON C. MOORE, Trustee, BENJAMIN F. HEADEN and wife, CHARLOTTE, et al

Petition for Sale of House and Lot in the Tract of Wadesboro

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JAMES 
WADDILL, ROSE WADDILL, ADOLPHUS WADDILL and JOHN B. WADDILL, are not citizens 
of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made 
for six successive weeks in the North Carolina, published in Wadesboro, 
notifying said defendants, non-residents, to be and appear at our next 
Superior Court of equity to be held for Anson County at the Court House in 
Wadesboro on the second Monday in March next. Then and there to plead, answer 
or demur to this petition filed, otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso 
and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness W. E. TROY, Clerk of said 
Court at Office on the second Monday in September A.D. 1858.
