July Term, 1860

WILLIAM C. WATKINS, Adm'r of JAMES McRAE, deceased
                vs.
JOHN F. McRAE and wife, CHRISTIAN, NANCY McRAE, et al

Petition for Account and Settlement

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOHN F. 
McRAE, and wife, CHRISTIAN, NANCY McRAE, and JOHN McBRIDE, do not reside in 
this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication ber made for 
six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, 
notifying said non-residents to be and appear at our next Court to be held for 
the County of Anson at the Court House at Wadesboro on the 2nd Monday in 
October next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. 
Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as 
to them. Witness PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of the said Court at Office on the 
2nd Monday in July, A.D., 1860.
