STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS      ANSON COUNTY
April Term, 1859

   A paper writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of CHARLES 
WEST, deceased, being offered for probate at this Term of said Court by one of 
the Executors, therin named, and it appearing to the Court that EMORY M. WEST 
and AILEY, wife of NEWET BOGGAN, reside beyond the limits of the State: On 
motion, it was ordered by the Court that publication be made for six weeks 
notifying said non-residents to be and appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held at the Court House in Wadesboro on the second Monday in July next, 
when said paper writing will be again propounded for probate and see the 
proceedings. Witness PATRICK J. COPPEDGE, Clerk of our said Court in office at 
Wadesboro, the second Monday in April, A.D., 1859.
