JOSEPH WHITE, Assigner of JOSEPH W. FALKNER
                   vs.
HARRIET A. WADDILL

Attachment Levied on Land

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that HARRIET A. 
WADDILL, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carlina Argus 
notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next  Court to be held for 
the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro, on the 2nd Monday in 
April. Then and there to show cause, if any there be, why judgment should not 
be made to sell land to pay Plaintiff's cost and interest. Witness PATRICK J. 
COPPEDGE, Clerk of the said Court on the 2nd Monday in January A. D., 1861.
