Beginning at a red oak on the bank of said creek and _______ So. ________ 16 1/2 chains to a stake 3 x 0 then Wt. 301/2 chains to a red oak 3x0 then No.Wt. 801/2. 71/2 chains to a stake 3x0. Then No.E. 43. 15 chains & 40 links to a small pine 3x then No.E. ______ 25 chains to a maple on the bank of the creek then down the said creek to the Beginning. Taking various courses of the same containing Seventy four acres more or les together with all and singular the ________________ and hereditaments appertaining or in any _____ incident thereto. To have and to hold all and singular the said promises above described forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs Exor and adm. To warrant and forever defend the above named and describes ________ unto the said James M Swanner his heirs and assigns against myself my heirs and against every other person or persons lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof forever .
