for 20 pounds proc.money....part of 500 a granted to ROBERT MILLS,22 Nov 1746,&
conveyed to his son NATHAN MILLS, then to HENRY DOWNS, then to RICHARD DOWNS,
100 acres on W side Little river....RICHARD DOWNS(seal).
