Hinson (1820 pg 65) State of North Carolina, Anson County Know all men by these presents that I Wm. Howard for & in consideration of value Recd. from John C. Hinson have relinquished & do hereby relinquish unto the sd. John C. Hinson his heirs & assigns forever all rights titles property & claim which I have or may have by virture of the last Will & Testament of Christopher Clark Decd. in favor of his daughter Agnes & her heirs a certain Negro man named Elijah aged about 40 years. I Ursula Howard wife of William Howard and daughter of Agnes Hinson the daughter of Christopher Clark Decd. I do hereby willingly assent to the relinquishment above made. In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands & seals this 15th Jany. 1820. Done in presence of Jas. Howard Wm.
