KNOW ye that we for and in consideration of the sum of 50 shillings for every hundred acres hereby grant paid into our treasury by James Swanor have given and granted and by these presents do give and grant unto the said James Swanor a trust of land containing 35 acres lying & being in our County of Anson adjoining the lands of James Chiles and Robert Huntley Sr. Beginning at 2 pines corner of sd. Huntleys land and runs E. 50 poles to a stake in James Chiles line then with his line No. 68 poles to his other line then with said line No. 85 Wt. 111 poles to a black jack corner one pine and black jack pole ters then So. 40 E. 100 poles to the beginning entered 30th Nov. 1816.
