Between John Buchanan and Nancy his wife, James Swanna & Lydia his wife and Joshua Teel of the one part and Benjamin Teel of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John Buchanan and Nancy his wife, James Swanna and Lydia his wife, and Joshua Teel for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred twelve dollars & fifty cents to them in hand paid by the said Benjamin Teel hath bargained, sold, conveyed & confirmed and doth by these presente bargain sell alien cufeoff convey and confirm unto him the said Benjamin their undivided shares of a certain tract of land lying and being in Anson County on Jones’s Creek containing one hundred and twenty five acres being the land William Teel resided resided on at the time of his death and which described to his heirs at law and the above named John Buchanan & Nancy his wife, James Swanna and Lydia his wife and Joshua Teel claims each part of said as heirs at law of Wm. Teel. To have and to hold to him the said Benjamin Teel his heirs and assigns and John Buchanan & Nancy his wife, James Swanna and Lydia his wife & Joshua Teel doth warrant and defend each of them their undivided part of said land to him the said Benjamin Teel his heirs and assigns. In witness where of they have here unto set their hands and seals the date above written.
