Estate and all and every advantage that may derive from Sd. Estate Likewise all our part of a certain tract of land lying & being in Anson County at the Grassy Islands which fell to us for JOHN CHILES' Estate & all other property that shall fall to us from any of the CHILES' dec'd and we do for ourselves our heirs Exrs. or assigns In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 17th day of November A.D.
