ANSON COUNTY
 
     KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we JAMES LILES & LYDIA LILES for and 
in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the 
Recpt. whereof is hereby fully acknowledged have given granted Bargained and 
sold and by these presents do Grant Bargain and sell unto JAMES MILLER TINDLE 
all and every part of our share of the Estate of ELIZABETH CHILDES, dec'd. 
whether real or personal property likewise our share of all the Bonds or notes 
that may appear in favour of Sd. Estate and all and every advantage that may 
derive from  Sd. Estate  Likewise all our part of a certain tract of land 
lying & being in Anson County at the Grassy Islands which fell to us for JOHN 
CHILES'  Estate & all other property that shall fall to us from any of the 
CHILES' dec'd and we do for ourselves our heirs Exrs. or assigns In Witness 
whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 17th day of November A.D. 
Eighteen hundred and four.
