GEORGE COLLINS at and before the ensealing & delivery hereof the Recpt. whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the sd GEORGE COLLINS his heirs and assigns forever all that part of a tract of land situate in the County of Anson and on the No. Et. side of Pee Dee River as appears by a Patent granted to the said BENJAMIN MANOR for 300 acres dated the 21st day of October 1758 Beginning at a red oak the said MANORS 2nd corner and runs So. 70 Et. 190 poles to a black jack then So. 20 Wt. 90 poles to an oak then No. 70 wt. 190 poles to a red oak in the first line of said survey then No. 20 Et. 90 poles to the first station including one hundred acres being part of the above survey and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate Right Title and Interest of BENJAMIN MANOR of in and to the same and All Deeds Evidences and writing touching and concerning the same. To have and to hold the said 100 acres of land as above described hereby granted and sold and all and singular the premises with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said GEORGE COLLINS his heirs & assigns to the proper use and behoof of the said GEORGE COLLINS his heirs & assigns forever and the said BENJAMIN MANOR his heirs Exrs. and Admrs. do covenant and grant to and with the said GEORGE COLLINS his heirs and assigns that he the said BENJAMIN MANOR are truly and lawfully possessed of the said 100 acres of land and all other the premises hereby bargained and sold and are truly and lawfully seized thereof of a good absolute and indefeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple without any manner of condition trust or limitation whatsoever to alter change charge or incumber the same and free and clear and freely and clearly exonerated and discharged of and from all other sales mortgages or incumbrances whatsoever (the quitrents accruing to his Majesty only excepted) and that the said BENJAMIN MANOR have full power and authority to bargain sell and convey the sd 100 acres of land aforesd and premises unto the sd. GEORGE COLLINS his heirs and assigns according to the true intent and meaning of these presents and the said BENJAMIN MANOR his heirs and assigns do covenant and grant to and with the sd. GEORGE COLLINS his heirs and assigns shall and may from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have occupy and enjoy the said 100 acres of land as above described and premises hereby bargained and sold without any let hindrance or molestation of or from the said BENJAMIN MANOR his heirs or assigns and of or from any other person or persons whatsoever claiming by from or under him them or any of them and lastly that he the said BENJAMIN MANOR and his heirs the sd 100 of land as above and premises hereby bargained and sold unto the said GEORGE COLLINS his heirs and assigns and against all persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever by these presents defend. In Witness Whereof the said BENJAMIN MANOR to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written. his Sealed and Delivered in the presence of BENJN.
