Beginning at a white oak at the place of intersection between JAMES MUCKLEROYS and WILLIAM LANKFORDS lines"...running with MUCKLEROYS line...to LANKFORDS line..."containing one hundred and thirty five acres be the same more or less as his Majestys original Patent will more fully and at large appear"... all houses, buildings, orchards, water ways and courses"...to the said ISREAL MEDLOCK his heirs, assigns forever ..in fee simple..In witness whereof the said CHARLES MEDLOCK hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
