Between Richard Nash of the State of No. Carolina and County of Anson of the one part and William Nash of the same State & County of the other part. Witness that the said Richard Nash for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and Sixty dollars to him in hand paid by the said William Nash the Receipt where of is here by acknowledged hath given granted Bargained and sold and by these presents doth fully and absolutely give grant bargain sell convey & confirm unto the said William Nash his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred acres lying and being in the County aforesaid on the Beaver Dam Creek Beginning at a stake by three post oaks in Harrell's line and runs So 90 poles with Brown line to his corner & then with his other line East 100 poles to a stake by two red oaks then So 100 poles to a pine by two pines then west 100 poles to Mulders corner then with his line No 65 W. 74 poles to Persis corner then with his line No. 25 E. 120 poles to his other & then to the beginning. Together with all mines minerals hereditaments and appurtenances to the said land belonging or appertaining To have and to hold to the said William Nash his heirs and assigns forever clear & free from the lawful claims of me the said Richard Nash do warrant the said tract or parcel of land from him self his heirs & assigns or adms. or any other lawful claim to the said William Nash his heirs Execs. adms. and assigns forever it being the whole of a tract of land granted to me the said Richard Nash by His Excellency William Hawkins bearing date 22nd Dec. 1812. as by S'd Grant may more fully appear.
