Kelpin to William Nash, both of Anson Co, NC, Deed Book 10, p 97: Levin H. Kelpin to William Nash THIS INDENTURE made this 27th day of April 1818 between Kevin H. Kelpin of the State of North Carolina and County of Anson of the one part and William Nash of the State & County aforesd of the other part the receipt whereof WITNESSETH that the sd Kelpin for the consideration of seven dollars hath bargained and sold conveyed and confirmed unto the sd William Nash a certain tract of land lying on the North side of the So. prong of the Bushy Branch with all appurtenances or in any wise all appertaining thereunto with all rights and privileges.
