North Carolina to EBENEZER MARSH... in Anson County ... 200 acres on Lane's 
Creek beginning at a stake in JOHN ASHCRAFT'S line and runs N. 8 chains 13 
links to his corner post oak thence N. 75 E. 25 chs. to a stake in or near 
JOHN ELLET'S line then N. 25 E 18 chs. and 20 links to a post oak at or near 
JOHN ELLET'S corner then North 40 W. 16 chs & 50 links to a stake with a red 
oak and pine pointers.
