Written: December 24, 1794

Philemon Thomas to Silas Hailey, Deed. 24th day of December, 1794:
	“That parcel of land lying in the county aforesaid formerly granted to 
James Adcock, beginning at a large pine on the south prong of Solomon’s Creek 
in the fork of said prong, about ¾ of a mile above the confluence of the two 
prongs, and running thence west 32 chains and 73 links to a stake among three 
pines ?pointers, then North 37 chains 73 links to a stake among three 
blackjacks, then east 38 chains and 73 links to a stake among three pines, then 
direct to the beginning, containing 150 acres more or less, together with, etc.

Thomas, John Thomas.
