North Carolina, Anson County. Know all men by these presents that I WILLIAM 
TRULL Executor of the last will and testament of SOLOMAN TRULL Decd. of the 
State and County aforesaid have at publick auction this day granted bargained 
sold unto ZACHEUS COLLINS of the said State and County all and Singular that 
tract or piece of land lying and being on Rays fork containing two hundred and 
fifty acres for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fourteen 
dollars and fifty cents being the highest and last bidder which said is 
bounded & butted in the manner following. (To Wit) Beginning at a post oak by 
two hickorys and two pines HONEYCUTTS line and runs West eleven chains and 50 
links to a stake by a pine and red oak & post oak then North forty Two chains 
So. eighty five chains to a stake by three red oaks and post oak then E. forty 
chains to a stake then North forty two chains and fifty lilnks to HONEYCUTTS 
line then West along said line to the beginning, To have and to hold all and 
singular the said premises together with all the rights and privileges of all 
ways woods waters mines mineral to the same belonging or in any wise 
appertaining to him his heirs Exers. Admrs. and assigns forever and I the said 
TRULL  Executor as aforesaid do forever warrant and defend the said premises 
unto the said COLLINS his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 2 day of November 1820. Signed

State of No Carolina, Anson County. Then this Deed was duly proved in open 
Court by the oath of JOHN COLLINS and ordered to be registered.
