THIS INDENTURE made in the year of our Lord 1819, Between ISAIAH WATSON of the 
County of Anson and State of North Carolina of the one part and ABRAHAM 
COLLINS of the other part, Witnesseth that the said ISAIAH WATSON for and 
inconsideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said 
ABRAHAM COLLINS the receipt whereof the said ISAIAH WATSON hereby acknowledged 
hath granted bargained aliened and confirmed unto the said ABRAHAM COLLINS his 
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and situate in the 
County of Anson (To Wit) Beginning at ROSSES corner pine and runs East forty 
poles to a stake by a black Jack and red oak then No. thirty four poles to a 
stake by a post oak in SMITHS line then with his line North Eighty West thirty 
two poles to a stake by two pines then North forty poles to a stake by three 
hickories then West 160 poles to a stake then  by two pines and a post oak 
then So. 100 poles to a stake then to the beginning containing 100 acres more 
or less with all ways water courses profits commodities advantages 
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the sd. premises above or 
belonging or in any wise appertaining and also the reversion and reversions 
remainder and rents issues and profits of him the sd. ISAIAH WATSON to the sd. 
premises and every part thereof to have and to hold to the sd. ABRAHAM COLLINS 
his heirs and assigns forever he the sd. ISAIAH WATSON his heirs and assigns 
will warrant and forever defend against the lawfull claim of any person or 
persons claiming byclaiming by from any of them or any other other person 
whatsoever. In Witness thereof the said ISAIAH WATSON hath hereunto set his 
hand and affixed his seal the day the day above written. Signed sealed and 
delivered in the presence of

No. Carolina, Anson County. October Term 1821. then this Deed was proved in 
open Court by the oath of JOHN COLLINS and ordered to be 
registered.
