HONORABLE DISCHARGE FROM THE
United States Army
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to Certify, that Foster Baucom Pvt Btry "B" 2nd Bn. Convaliscent  (sic) 
Center U.S. Army as a TESYIMONIAL OF HONEST AND FAITHFUL 
SERVICE, is hereby HONORABLY DISCHARGED from the military service 
of the UNITED STATES by reason of W.D. Ci? 106 Dec 3, 1918.
Said Foster Baucom was born in Wadesboro, in the State of South Carolina.  
When enlisted he was 23 6/12 years of age and by occupation a Farmer.  He had 
black eyes, black hair, Dk. Brown complexion, and was five feet six inches in 
height.
Given under my hand at Camp Jackson, S.C. this 21st day of February, one 
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
