TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to Certify, that Fred Henson #4232517 Private Co B 410th 
Pioneer Infantry United States Army as a TESTIMONIAL OF HONEST AND 
FAITHFUL SERVICE, is hereby HONRABLY DISCHARGED from the military 
service of the UNITED STATES by reason of  Demobilzation Said Fred 
HENSON #4232517 was born in Chesterfield, in the state of South 
Carolina  When enlisted he was 274/12 years of age and by occupation a 
Farmer  He had brown eyes, black hair, dark complexion, and was 5 feet 
7 inches in height.  Given under my hand at Camp Greene N.C. this 
Seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
