Between five and six hundred acres of valuable land lying situate on the waters of Brown Creek, about four or five miles west of Wadesborough in Anson county, will be sold on easy terms to the purchaser if immediate application is made to the subscriber or William CARR of Anson. The soil is well adapted to the culture of cotton, corn, tobacco and wheat.
