FOR SALE – That valuable plantation on the southwest side of Peedee river, in 
Anson County, North Carolina, long name by the name of Mount Pleasant, where 
Anson Court House formerly stood; it contains by the original grant seven 
hundred and fifty acres, of which upwards of 200 are cleared and under fence; 
has on the premises, an overseer’s house, machine house, with sundry negroes
