Anson County
Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, July Term 1812
Reading ANDERSON       }    Original attachment, levied in
      vs.              }    the hands of Milla HARREL, sum-
Isham CHERRY           }    moned as garneshee
Ordered by the court, that Isham CHERRY, the defendant in this cause, who is 
not an inhabitant in this State, appear at next Term of the County Court of 
Pleas and Quarter Sessions, to be held for the county aforesaid, on the second 
Monday of October next, and plead to issue, or judgment by default will be 
entered up against him.  Ordered, that publication hereof be made for six 
weeks in the Star.
