June 12, 1818, STAR (Raleigh, N.C.)

-State of North Carolina, Anson County.  
Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, 
April Term, 1818.  
Wm. JOHNSON, vs. Stephen PARKER.  
Original Attachment - levied in the hands of Joseph INGRAM, senr. And him 
summoned as Guarnishee. 
   It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this 
case is not an inhabitant of this State, it is therefore ordered that 
publication be made three months successively in the Raleigh Star, that unless 
the Defendant appears at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be 
held for the County of Anson, at the Court house in Wadesborough on the second 
Monday of July next and plead to issue Judgment final by default will be 
entered against him for the plaintiff's demand.
