Wadesboro, Oct. 28 - Mr. Watt Ratcliff is dead. The deceased had been 
suffering with a complication of diseases for some time and his death was 
almost momentarily expected. He was a good, substantial citizen, having lived 
all his life in Gulledge's township where he died last night between 12 
o'clock and day-break. He was 54 years old at his death and leaves a young 
wife and several children.
