   DIED, at Wadesboro’, on the 25th ult., in the prime of life, ROBERT TROY, 
ESQ., Solicitor General for the Fifth Circuit of this State, after a short and 
painful illness which he bore in a manner suited to an approaching 
dissolution. His amiable and social manners endeared him to all his 
acquaintance; and his friends and the pubic have to lament the loss of so 
useful and valuable a citizen, who upon all occasions acquitted himself of 
every trust in such a manner as to give real satisfaction.
