Niven of Morven yesterday afternoon. Just as the clock struck 2 the bridal party, in the following order, passed into the drawing room, where the ceremony was impressively performed by Rev. M.C. Arrowood of the Morven and Wadesboro Presbyterian churches: Misses Tollie Funk, Callie Niven, Allis Liles and Minnie Lowry, upon the arms of Messr. D.R. Niven, M.L. Ham, J.S. Ham and W.C. Dunn, respectively, who were followed by the contracting parties, Mr. Homer G. Huntley and Miss Islay Niven. The entire house was artistically decorated with chrysanthemums and in the room in which the nuptials were performed was a large arch from the center of which hung a beautiful bell made of white chrysanthemums, under which the groom led his bride. Just preceeding the marriage the wedding party were given a most excellent dinning by the bride's father and immediately after the happy couple boarded the train for Columbia. Many were the hearfelt congratulations and good wishes that were showered upon them as they took their departure.
