First, I wish all my property sold by my Executor herein after named and all my debts paid out of the proceeds of the same. Second, I give in Trust to George W. Little for the sold and separate use and benefit of my daughter Jane Gaddy So as not to be liable for the debts or contract of any husband she may hereafter marry the balance of my Estate which is to be paid over to my said daughter Jane by said Trustee whenever call for by her and Should She my said Daughter Jane die without leaving bodily issue living at the time of her death the balance remaining in said Trustees hand if any at the time of my said Daughter Jane's death to be paid to her brothers and sisters being Share and Share alike. Third: I hereby nominate Constitute and appoint George W. Little Executor to this my last will and testament given under my hand and Seal the date above named. Witnesses: R. H.
