JOSEPH WHITE JR. Attachments Levied on Land In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOSEPH WHITE JR. is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six succdessive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, published at Wadesboro, notifying said non-resident to be and appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Anson at the Court House in Wadesboro, on the 2nd Monday in April next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter heard ex parte as to them. Witness PATRICK J.
