I ELIZABETH SANDERS Senior of the County of Anson and the State of North Carolina, do make, publish and declare the following to be and contain my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore, at any time made. Item 1st: It is my will that my Executor (hereinafter named) shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and pay all funeral expenses, together with all my just debts, out of the first money which may come into his hands as a part or parcel of my estate. Item 2nd: I give, devise and bequeath all the reside of my personal estate including a legacy bequeathed to me by my brother Benjamin HOLMES of Perry County in the State of Alabama and also all the money that I may have on hand at the time of my death, after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses, to my daughter Elizabeth Sanders Junior. Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my grandson WILLIAM SANDERS Junior Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 26 day of April 1867. Witnesses: W. H. Glass Robert Hall State of North Carolina, Anson County Court of Pleas and Quarter Session, January Term 1868 Herein the foregoing last will and testament of Elizabeth Sanders Senior was offered for probate and duly proved in open Court by the oaths of W. H. Glass and Robert Neall the two subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded whereupon the executor therein named William Sanders Junior appeared in open court and was duly qualified to execute said last will and testament and letter testamentary was ordered to issue.
