Pickett and my three children, viz. Eliza Pickett, Martha Pickett, and William Martin Pickett, and I constitute and appoint my wife Winey (Wincy?) Pickett and Absalom (Myres?) my Executors to carry this my last Will and Testament into effect disannulling all others the day and year above writen & subscribed to by my self in the presence of the witnesses, Martin Pickett {seal} Robt (I? Ingram As a codicil to the above will I hereby authorize my Executor & Excx to sell any part of my real or perso-nal estate that they may think proper for the purpose of paying my outstand-ing debts or for any other purpose they may think adviseable for the benefit of the estate.
