WILL OF DUDLEY WILLIAMS of ANSON CO, NC

In the Name of God, Amen, I Dudley Williams Senr of the Stat of 
north CaroLina anSon County considering the ________ of this mortal 
Life and of a Sound and perfect mind and memory -------- blessed by 
the almighty God for the Same I Due make an publish this my Last Will 
and testement in name and form following ---

This is to say first I give and bequeath to a Elizabeth plak one 
hundred Dollars to be raised out of my Estat

I also ______ unto my son, SOLAMON WILLIAMS a sertain tract or 
parsel of Land lying on Smithe’s Creak containing ONE HUNDRED 
ACRES be the same more or Less

I also give unto my son DUDLEY WILLIAMS, JUNIOR a sartain track 
or parsel of land Whare I now live on containing ONE HUNDRED 
AND SEVENTY SIX ACRES to be the same more or less at my Wife’s 
Death or marriage it is my Will and Desire that my Dear beloved 
MARY WILLIAMS should or shall lieve on this place whare on I now 
lieve

Together with My Servent namely PRANKY and all the rest of my 
household furniture goodes chattels and ?etc.  During her Widderhood 
or her natural life then to to (sic) be Sold and Equail Devided Amongst 
five youngest children namely MARTHEA, HANAH -- DUDLEY 
SUSANAH, ELIZA WILLIAMS

Except the Land where I now lieve is for my Son DUDLEY 
WILLIAMS I also now leave one Negro by the name of ?betten he be 
Sold by Executors at twelve Monthes _____ and Money to be 
?considered to the use of p-----t-ing of a Negro boy for the youse of 
my Wife ?Wider ______ and then to be Sold and Equaild Desi--d between 
my five youngest children namely MARTHA, HANAH DUDLEY 
SUSSANAH AND ELIZA WILLIAMS.
