WILL OF DANIEL DICKSON:
DANIEL DICKSON'S WILL - State of North Carolina Ashe County Aug 10, 1855 I,
DANIEL DICKSON of said County being of sound mind & memory but weak in
body, do this day make and publish this my last will and testament. 1st I
give my daughter RACHAL TURNER twenty five cents as her part in full of my
Estate, 2nd I give my son JAMES DICKSON the sum of Ten Dollars in full of
his part of my estate, 3rd I give to my wife NANCY all the balance of my
estate, after paying Twenty five dollars that I owe to the estate of
WILLIAM P. WAUGH Decd. And I do hereby appoint DOUGLAS DICKSON, Jr. my
executor to this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have my
hand & seal day & date above written in presence of us
