First I desire that all my just debts shall be paid after which the remainder of my property shall be held for the maintinance of my wife and family so long as my wife remains in widowhood except such property as is herein mentioned. First one tract of land lying and being on the Big Laurel bounded as follows commencing at the branch on my and Maxwell line running up the main branch to the extreme hight of the ridge all the land south of that line I give to my son William A. Graybeal. Secondly: I give one colt and one yearling to my son Emory Graybeal Thirdly: I give one colt and three head of hogs to my son Johna Graybeal Fourthly: I desire that the William Cahoon colt shall be excepted to pay my father for money borrowed amount being forty dollars and further I desire that as my children come of age each shall have an equal portion of Land. I also give my side saddle to my only daughter, Mira and lastly desire that my esteemed friend John W. Cahoun shall be executor of this my last will and testimony. Wilcox and Alfred Graybeal the subscribing witness thereto who declare that at signing said proper as attesting witnesses it was at the request and in the presents of said testator. R.
