Little seems to be known about the case and it is matter of conjecture whether the man succumbed to some physical disability that made him unable to get to a place of safety whether he became blidded by the terrific storm of Saturday night and so confused that he could not reach a place of shelter or whether he had been drinking and lost control of himself and his abiIity to Keep on going. It was an awful night and one out in it might well have been overcome by the weather if in his best possible condition.
