Mrs. J. Garland Dies at Pineola
	Mrs. James Garland, aged 81 died at her home at Pineola on January 29.  
Funeral services were held from the Presbyterian church with Rev. Jones and 
Rev. D.W. Haga conducting the last rites and Ronald Hughes funeral director of 
Newland in charge of arrangements.
	Mrs. Garland is survived by one son, Zeke of Kingsport and two 
daughters, Mrs. Minnie Smith of Pineola and Mrs. Erwin of Johnson City.
