The community claimed him as a good citizen and a faithful church member. He did not know the taste of an alcoholic drink, not even a cocacola. The only living relatives are two sisters, one New Mexico, and one in Kansas City, who were unable to be present, though the deceased had many friends and will be greatly missed.
