A native of Shell Creek, TN, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Edward McKinney and Mildie Hopson McKinney, and wife of the late Arnold Charles Ollis. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ballard, Bill and T.J. McKinney; and a granddaughter, Toya Ollis McKinney. A homemaker, she was employed at Glen Raven Mills for a number of years. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church of Elk Park. Survivors include her children, Glenda Cornett of Crossnore; A.C. Ollis of the home; and A.D. Ollis of Cranberry; sisters, Mary Thomas of Florida, Blanche Rhodes and Faye Floyd, both of Tennessee, and Martha Cook of Cranberry; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Funeral services were held at 8 p.m. Monday at the Grandfather Chapel of Reins- Sturdivant Funeral Home. Revs. Reed Callahan and Buzz Beers officiated. The family received friends from 6 p.m. until the service hour Monday at the funeral home. Burial and graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in Belview Cemetery.
