Local News, Tampa, Fl. Hillsborough county, Saturday, August 4, 2007.
Jay Oscar Padgett, 35 beloved Son of Larry and Sue Padgett of Lutz, Fl. died at 
His home in Banner Elk, N.C., Tuesday, July 31, 2007. Beside His Parents He is 
survived by many friends. A member of J. F. Swartsel Lodge 251 F&AM (Tampa). A 
1990 graduate of Gaither High School (Tampa). Funeral services, 7 pm. Monday, 
August 6, 2007 at Blouint & Curry Funeral Home, Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. 
Bearss Ave., Tampa. Masonic services will be conducted by J. F. Swartsel Lodge 
251 F&AM. Family receive friends at the Funeral Home Monday evening from 5:00 
p.m. until the time of the service. We are glad that He is at peace. Words of
