North Carolina. To the Escheator Generall or Deputy

These are to require you to enquire by a Jury of Twelve good and Lawfull men 
what lands Cotten Robinson late of Chowan precinct in the County of Bath dyed 
seized of and whether he made any disposall of the same in his life time or by 
his last will and testament or whether he left any heir Given under our hands 
and seal of the Collony the sixth of Novbr. 1707
